Hi all,
My wife is the main applicant to the PR, and I am the sponsor. I just received two e-mails on 27 May 2022 and 28 May 2022 respectively. The first e-mail was the biometrics instruction letter, which has a 10 digit UCI number without any hyphens in between. Then I received another email the next day (28th) which is telling me that they have received my wife's application and it came with a 8 digit UCI number, again without hyphens.
As I checked on the IRCC website, UCI number is supposed to have hyphen in them and neither of the two UCI numbers shown in the header of the emails has hyphen in them. And I cannot create an IRCC account using either one of the numbers. But the application number is the same for both e-mails...
Is this normal? Thanks

Update...
Sorry, I just realized the 8 digit one is for me the sponsor and the 10 digit one is for my wife - the applicant.
But none of them has hyphen in them as explained here...

I put in my name, DOB and birth place with my UCI number and still cannot crate a tracking account ...strange, any idea?
Also, is my wife's notice of biometrics considered AOR? Why her first e-mail is biometrics instruction letter? I thought it would come when your application has been approved? no?
