TWO TIME REJECTION NOW AGAIN READY TO APPLY FOR THIRD TIME.......

HELLO FRIENDS,

i have applied two times before now again going to apply for third time just waiting for the QAC(QUEBEC ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE).
From last time CAIPS note, embassy made rejection because of my UNCLEAR FUNDS and COURSE SELECTION was not right.
now i have choose Masters of Mechanical Engineering. but i dnt know how to clear my funds.......

by property evaluation total property become 2.5 Crore of our agriculture land but no bank balance to show. i want to take education loan but my agents stop me to take loan.

plz suggest me what should i do to clear financial funds. :'(

The agricultural land won't be accepted as proof of funds. You need to show that you have the funds available as cash.

Why your agent stopping you to take loan and what proof you are showing for liquid cash and how much.

you need to have a bank account that is liquid. Your property will not do.
Can you find someone to sponsor you? Parents or a close relative?
