two questions for FSW 2014

Hi All,

I have questions regarding to the FSW 2014 application and would like to seek for your help:

1. I see some forms not applicable to me, do I need to send them with my application? e.g. separation declaration for minors travelling to Canada (I will go with my kids who are under the age of 5), and statutory declaration of common law union (I will go with my wife with marriage certificate)

2. I may not be able to get the exact format of reference letter from some of my previous employers e.g. they may not be able to fill up my job scope. While I will be able to get a reference letter with the exact format from my current employer which I am using my current job to meet the NOC required, it ok with that?

1) If they are irrelevant, don't include them.

2) As long as you meet the eligibility with the most recent one on it's own, the rest are probably less important. I wouldn't worry.
