Therea few questions regarding experience:
1.Company 1:
A)Offer Letter states I was hired as "Programmer Analayst Trainee" and the position was to be confirmed after an year to "Programmer Analyst".I have the promotion letter which states I was promoted to Programmer Analayst.
B) While leaving the company I was on the position of Programmer Analayst and my experience letter states only the roles and responsibilities for this designation.
Query:
Should I mention Programmer Analayst Trainee and Programmer Analayst in same row or create different rows? Also is it fine to provide offer letter, promotion letter and experience letter (Experience letter mentions only Programmer Analayst )or should I ask for a new experience letter mentioning both positions but as responsibilities will be same for both positions how to differentiate?
Company 2:
Again for this company I worked for two positions and have all documents but Experience letter states only highest designation and responsibilities remained same for both. How to mention them on experience letter? Would it be ok to provide experience letter with only one position along with offer letter and promotion letter?
I can ask the HR to mention both positions on my experience letter but the responsibilities are same so how should it be done? Also can I mention both positions in same row.
