I have sent my passport copy and drivers license copy as part of two pieces of ID

I have also made another photocopy of the passport to be used as the part of Biographical Pages of the passport.

I would like to know if someone went through same situation and whether your application was accepted and processed or returned?

Many did the same and its okay...don't worry about return just because of this.

Hi can I just send Passport biography page, PR card and Health Card (no photo) as proofs? My Driver's License was issued less than 3 months ago and I don't want it to trigger a RQ because of that :'(

How a recently issued DL would trigger the RQ?

I read it as one of the criteria that triggers RQ since it goes to show that the person has only got a recent ID meaning he just came back to Canada. I heard they stopped it recently but am not sure.

You can send copy of passport's biographical pages and copy of both sides of health card.

The website site says:

5. Two (2) pieces of personal identification

Both pieces of identification should show your name and date of birth, one of which must have your photo on it.

Examples include:

a Canadian driver’s licence
a Canadian health insurance card
a copy of the biographical page of your passport/travel document, etc.
If there is information on both sides of your personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

Note: Social Insurance Number (SIN) cards, bank cards and credit cards are not acceptable pieces of identification.
