I have applied to ICAS for an assessment however they take around 5 months which is too long. I want to apply to WES for a simultaneous assessment. In case both assessments are different then will it affect my express entry application?

No issues.

CIC will only know about the ECA for which you will provide a reference number while you create your EE profile.
