two of my frnds received visa one them received last week friday and another guy received it today at 1300 hrs. their profile

A.10=68%,12=72%,
b.tech pharmacy = 65%,
course adv.diploma in biotechnology from centennial college,
loan sbi bank = 1650000/,dad's= itr
applied on 13july= stamped on 19 july. passport received on 21 july

B.10?,12?,
b.tech pharmacy = 69%,
course adv.diploma in biotechnology from centennial college,
loan sbi bank = 1400000/
appiled on 6 july=received on 12 july
