Hello,
I am a dentist by profession and have initiated the EE process by applying for ECA and IELTS. I graduated with my dental degree in October 2013 and have been working 2 jobs (morning and evening shifts at separate clinics) since then. The first job has been 8 hours a week since November 2013 and I am still currently employed there. The second job was 27 hours a week (November 2013 - December 2014). From January 2015, I have been employed at another clinic (30 hours a week). So from November 2013-December 2014 I worked 35 hours a week in all with two different employers and from January 2015 I have been working 38 hours a week again at 2 different employers but under the same NOC code.
1) Will this be eligible as a full time work experience for the past 1.7 months as it was in two separate jobs but under the same NOC code?
Also, in both my current jobs, I am paid on a percentage basis (of the profit made from the collection). Thus, the salary varies every month. I am paid in cash without any payslips at the bigger job (30 hrs/wk). The smaller one pays by direct transfer to the bank. And at the previous job that I left in December, I was paid a fixed salary in cash (again without payslips). I will be able to procure official letters on the Clinic/Organisation letterheads as per CIC requirement.
2) However, how do I provide proof of payment without the payslips? Only one of the salaries is officially reflected in the bank account. The others paid in cash were deposited haphazardly.
As far as the proof of funds are concerned, I have the minimum required amount in my bank account. However, that account is held jointly by my father and me. I was a minor when that account was opened and having a parent as a joint holder was mandatory at that time.
3) If I get his name as joint holder deleted from this account, will it be satisfactory to prove that the funds belong to me without any liability by the time I receive an ITA (which could very well be more than 3 months from now). Or is it better to transfer these funds to another account in my sole name?
I request you to post your insight and recommendations. It will be of great help before I create the online profile. Thank you!
