Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all, I need your thoughts on this. I was nominated by province A and subsequently short-landed after PPR and obtained PR status. Right after my short-landing, I got a job in province B and soon returned to Canada to start working. As fate would have it, I got a job at the same level in province A. Pay in B is 7k more than A but B will give me overtime pay while A will not. Every other offer benefits seems similar. All this happened within the last 2 months.

What do you advise I do? Leave province A and move to B (the province that nominated me) or stay in A as I am already a PR. Thank you

In the Ottawa - Gatineau scenario, I would continue living in Quebec, while commute daily to work in Ontario.

I would base your decision on where you want to live.

Otherwise it's pretty much impossible to answer your question since cost of living varies so much from place to place and you haven't given us any city names. The same salary gets you a different lifestyle level in different cities.
