Two jobs same NOC

Hi All,

I am applying for EE and have worked in two different jobs over the last 3.5 years (1.5+2) but both fall under the same NOC. The job responsibilities for the two are almost same. If I apply using this as my Primary NOC will I get full points under 'Skill transferability factors' for '3 years or more of foreign work experience'?

Yes u will get full points. Letter from employer must contain ur job duties and try to keep job duties similar in both letters

Thanks for your reply Sunil. Job duties will be similar in both cases but not exactly same due to particular context of both jobs. I'm sure more than 80% job responsibilities will match. Shall I pursue to get both letters job responsibilities exactly same? It should be possible but I didn't want to force that.

You should not force same responsibilities for 2 letters from different companies. It looks like you dictated them what to write, which may be true in most cases but you don't want CIC to know that
