Two Important Question! FSW 2014 "1123"

Hey all,


So i applied for fsw this year 1123 and my application reached sydney on 12th of June and then returned on 11th of Septmber as it was deemed incomplete, My ielts was academic and they want the generic and i did a stupid mistake by including the copy of the WES credential instead of the original, now i have two questions:


1- Can i resubmit my application if the cap is not yet filled and what is the deadline for this?

2- If i do so, what other documents do i have do update? do i have to send another criminal record certificate and another bank certificate, ETC



The CIC site shows it's still 105 completed application out of 1000 is that updated, should i resend my application or i will be just loosing more money?

1. You may do that till Dec 31, 2014.
2. Police certificate is valid 6 months since issued. Med test- 1 year. Bank certificate should be recent. Photos - 6 months.

Thanks alot! You said bank certificate should be recent, but how recent, mine was issued in June. Some other people said you can be able to apply till the cap is filled even if it's in 2015, how true is that?

Sending IELTS is not mandatory with application I think.

you MUST send IELTS original result sheet along with the application.

I think you must send it, they said in the explanation sheet......IELTS has two options for the reading and writing tests: "General Training" and "Academic".You must take the 'General Training" option.

What do they say at IELTS office? How soon do people get certificates after getting test done?
Nov 22 is too close to Dec 31 but what other options you have?

You bank Cert should be recent. Recent= a month or less.

Do you guys think it's a good idea to send them the rejection letter they sent me when i send the application for the second time to let them know i completed the missing documents and sent it again??

CIO doesn't want to see any documents other than those mentioned in a Checklist. Once you give them your UCI number it's already clear that you've applied before. This fact won't affect their decision though.

Can't thank you enough guys!! My last questions is, do i have to renew all the forms? Like fill other forms before resending the application or is it fine to use the old forms that i already filled?

some forms are updated hence it is better to send updated ones..
