Dear all, Plz help for this issue. I am really tensed. I joined one company in April 2015 as Graduate Engineer trainee and then after 10 months my designation changed to Executive. And in April 2017 my company was overtaken by another group and my designation remained the same as Executive. I have the transfer/acquisition letter also. I left the organisation in September 2017. On my relieving letter, Executive is mentioned. I am very much confused about the format of reference letter i should get from my HR and what sort of documents i need to attach. My profile is in express entry and waiting for ITA. Plz help seniors.
