Two different ime no

Old ime no i did medical after they sent another ime no for medical so it will be any issue .. Any problem

Hi Shah,

You may want to email cpp-ottawa, that you have completed your medical test on so and so date. Then, tell them specifically that you completed this test under your IME NO.: xxxx(the first ime no.).

Lastly, request them to confirm if they have received your medical test results.

Make sure that your email has your essential application details like
your full name, CEC application no. your DOB, POB, and address.
