Two degrees not being recognized in the system

I’m sure a lot of people have asked same / similar questions before so I’ll keep it short:

I have graduated from a 3-2 program (2010-2015) in the US. The first institution (3 years) granted me a BA and the second (2 years)granted me a BS. Both degrees were conferred in 2015. I have one ECA for each of the degrees and both ECAs (WES) say “Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).”

However, the system currently doesn’t recognize my two degrees and I only got points for one bachelor’s degree. Is there anything I did wrong? Thanks in advance if anyone knows something about this..

I'm not sure what you mean by the following: I have one ECA for each of the degrees and both ECAs (WES) say “Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).”

Ah - I misunderstood what you wrote. I thought you said that you had one single ECA for both degrees.

How exactly are you answering all of the questions related to your education in your EE profile?

I put 2010-2013 for my first degree and 2013-2015 for the second one. Uploaded the ECAs separately for each education. Both degrees were conferred in 2015 despite the fact that I attended the first school from 2010-2013 and the second school from 2013-2015.
