Two Bachelor's equal 'Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees'?

Hi. I'm preparing to start my EE application. I did my first 4-year Bachelor's in my home country (WES verified), and then I get my another Bachelor's in Canada. Is this counted as Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees?

Hello, Having completed a four-year Bachelor's degree in your home country and then obtaining another Bachelor's degree in Canada would typically be counted as two separate degrees.
