Two applications, do I need to take 2 medical exams?

I applied under FSW in 2010, since the process was slow, I also applied under CEC in Oct 2012.

I got a medical request from FSW application last month and completed my medical exam.

Now, I got another 2nd medical request for the CEC application. I got a automated email from a CIC system for me and my spouse to do medical.

Do I need to medical again, considering we just did my Medical last month?
Will CIC waive my medical test for the CEC application in lieu of the FSW medical test?

I have seen same kind of post here .request to you dig into forum for that psot.
one time medical is sufficent for both application ,as medical results will be valid to 1 year.
request the DMP to send the medical file to CIC -CEC applciation as well.

Pardon my ignorance .. what is DMP?

Ottawa just confirmed that they have our medical results. I sent them an email earlier. So we are good.
