Twice refuse visa

Hello i filed my all complete family docs but i got mail for refused due to low funds and no history last year 2018 june.i prepared my self ,i visited two countries singapore and malysia with my wife and i updated my funds.NOW i filed again after 10 months this year april 2019.but again refused due to u will not come by ur time.
SIR give me suggestion i am thinking that i want to appeal it .but i dont know how to do it and is there is any fees for govt.i am applying it with my wife and two kids 7 and 10 from india.plz give me advice.i dont know i got mail by 4 may 2019 how much time i have left to request appeal

You cannot realistically appeal, you can only reapply.

What is the purpose of your visit to Canada? It sounds like you want to move here permanently, and IRCC is seeing that as well and therefore denying your visa.

But i wrote my purpose for canada day with confirm hotel booking .i have my own business .i will definiate come back my parents are living in my home country then how i can trust to them

That's obviously not the real reason. If it is real, it's a really poor reason.

They are trained to spot people who are trying to immigrate on a tourist visa, so you can't exactly fool them.

What's the real reason you want to come here? If you tell us the truth, we can help.

You can't appeal, the application is dead. My advice would be to get notes before you reapply. Same as 21Goose, I agree it looks like you want to stay. Why do you want to go? Is it only for a vacation or to immigrate? If you think you can immigrate on a tourist visa, then you will keep getting refused. If you want to immigrate apply to immigrate.

Sir my purpose of visit is only look a country feel a country where my comunity is living like king .this is my dream my kids are studing here with 95 percent grade with school proof docs i filed it ... i have my own house propert approx value nearly 7 to 8 million indian ,i am well settled in my home country .i have no need to live for like permanent stay so

Sorry, I can't help. Your purpose of visit makes no sense to me and doesn't sound plausible at all. You want to "look and feel a country where your community is living like a king"?? And for that, you want to travel with your wife and children?

Think about it this way - if you cannot convince people on this forum that you're a genuine tourist, what chance do you have to convince an officer who sees hundreds of applications a week and is trained to spot applications that aren't telling the truth?

On the off chance that you are a real tourist, I would recommend you go visit some other countries where your community is living like a king. Try the UK, or Australia, or even the USA. And apply alone, without your family. That will show that you have a reason to return.

Otherwise, you will keep getting denied.

Indians are not living as kings in Canada. Many struggle and can't feed their family. Your children can't go to Canadian schools if you come to Canada as a visitor. Getting a work visa is a 6 month process and most employers will not sponsor you. The travel you have done does not help your travel history you need tonshow travel history to countries like the US, Australia, etc.
