TVR after getting PGWP (urgent please help me)

I got my PGWP approved today, I got a In Canada Approval Letter but I'm not longer in Canada and my TVR is expired, how can I go back to Canada?

1. You apply on line, or at the closest VAC to where you are living. The instructions are at www.cic.gc.ca

As you have left the country, now you have to apply from the country you are residing. Check CIC site to find out the procedure for applying from that country.
