Tution Fee Refund, College not responding.....

Sir,
my visa was rejected twice so, I tried for refunding. I mailed to Northern Lights College [inted@nlc.bc.ca] demanding refund... They are not responding and replying. Its being 12 days since I sent them mail with refusal letter, and receipts.

What to do??

Have u tried to reach them on phone, particularly ur enrolment advisor?. Pls do as it may help.

did u apply to college on your own? if yes, then i suggest you to send email to their registrar office with "urgent" written in subject of email.
try to call their office.

if they don't reply in next 10-15 days, then you don't have any option but to take legal action.

Well... sir,
The advisor and the agency which helped me is nothing but dummies. They were fraud agents. So my paper was full of bull$++*. And lead me to rejection.

If I go to them they will suck my money like leeches.

So I mailed college authorities....

Go to your agents and tell them that u will get POLICE case registered against them under 420 IPC and under other sections of IPC also. tell them that either they get your money refunded or they will face jail. (there are chances that they took your money in their own canadian bank account and never gave it to college.)

tell them that u will not give them any money now.

also bro, please tell the agencies name here so that other innocent people avoid that agency.

Ya... I'm surely looking forward for that... And I can't tell the swine agency name. But I will reveal it soon... No one must be a scapegoat like me...

But the question is why the college is not responding????

Its their duty... Or is it vacation time in NLC or in Canada???

Hi there
Please share the name of the agency otherwise all genuine students and enquirers will believe that you are a fake profile. Why do you not want to share the profile of the agency which has cheated you? Does that mean that either you are wrong or you are here for vested means? And, let me tell you all public institutions in Canada and elsewhere are genuine and the refund process is always smooth as long as you apply with all the required documents. Hope this will help everyone here.
