Tuition, Room and Board, Others HELP PLEASE.

Here's another confusion!!! Bro,are u sure its $12000? You are saying $7200 for room&board and $4800 for others??? isn't it $10000 for R&B and $3000 for other???

I dont know why a confusion is being created. Its clearly stated in the CIC website that u need c$10000 for Room and Board and $3000 for other (representing the amount for return transport to home country).

U have to show a minimum of 10000+3000+tuition for 1 year in your bank accounts. If u show more its obviously a plus point. The fact that u r showing 80% of entire expenses only helps ur cause. It will make sure that there is no way ur application can be refused for a financial reason if u can show ur sponsors income coming for the next 4 years so that they can pay the remaining 20% of the costs.
Dont worry, ur bank statement amount is fantastic. I would suggest u concentrate on "convincing the VO" that u will be back after ur proposed study period. Recently a lot of applications are being refused and this reason has been provided by Canadian High commission. U can prove so by presenting proof of ur family ties in ur home country, ur/parents property, long term serving job of parents or other such ties which will make sure u return. You are right about convincing VO that you would come back after studies.See,My father has a printing press here in pakistan and the entire family is here,only i am going.I would say i will join and help my dad's business after Bcom degree from canada.the fact that the business is here and the family is here would inshAllah convince VO that he would come back.right??How can i show that dad will pay for the rest of 20% costs?shall i show his annual business income by showing some of his bank accounts??a sponsor letter will state that my father will bear all the expenses for the entire duration of study.this will convince VO that remaining costs would be paid.what say?when should i apply,can i apply in 1st week of june?

U can show he can cover the rest 20% by showing his annual income proof. Show ur dads business registration papers as proof of links to home country. And look to apply as soon as possible i would say so there is plenty of time if complications appear!
