Tuition fees payment

I initiated the tuition fees from my local bank to standard chartred bank on 20th January. But the amount was not yet deposited into CIBC account. However, the payment status was expired. In addition to that I dropped the Mail to student help team with all relevant details. But my local bank was confirmed that payment was remitted from their end. Anyone guide me how to resolve this issue.

This is a banking issue not an immigration issue. There may be a short hold on the transfer to make sure no fraud.

There might be also a long hold on the transfer which involved several banks transfers (both domestic and international). Should have paid by credit card instead.
