Tuition fees payment before visa.

Guys,
I am from INDIA and applying for visa under university category..My university require only 1000$ fees as a commitment fees not first sem. fees before visa.

So my question is will i have to pay first sem. tution fees before visa?

What if I pay only 1000$ as a commitment fees ( not 1st sem. fees) will it effect negatively on visa.?

reply asap guys since i will have to manage for the same.

No you don't have to pay fees before getting visa. Semester fees is normally paid once you have arrived in Canada... You may need to pay the commitment fees by the due date however...

No I am not from India and I don't know in which university you have applied... May be your university prefers paying tuition fees before getting visa but generally the tuition fees is paid once you have arrived in Canada...

"Copy of receipts for payment provided by the University (pre-payment of first term is
strongly recommended)"
