Tuition fees before study permit or after ?

I would like to you know, Is it better to pay the tuition fees before get the study permit or once get the study permit, Acceptance letter on hand & will show the bank funds,

Need experts advise, Thanks in Advance.

There's no difference at all.

But there are some countries, India for instance, that requires payment before applying for visa.
You need to check if your country is one of those.

If not needed, it's better to pay the tuition after getting your visa.

I don't think it matters as long as you can show proof of funds.

If I were you, I would only show a bank statement. why would I pay tuition too early? but I guess it is a personal preference.
