trying to extend visitor visa but epass not working

Hi,

ive been trying in vain to apply online using the epass system. I have registered a few days ago but it just wont work for me and now ive noticed on the cic website that epass is having tech problems. Unfortunately they dont say how long these tech problems will last.

Anyway my visa is up the 2nd May so i need to get my application in by 2nd April according to the requirement of having the application in 30days before the visa expires. If i send it by post i dont think it will get there on time now - does anyone know if my application is postmarked before 2nd April if that would be good enough to meet the requirement?

Send it thru courier before it expires. Make sure you include everything especially copies of marked pages of your passport and the cost recovery fee.
