Trying to create Job Bank profile but not able to proceed...urgent

Hi All,

I am trying to create job bank profile but it is asking me to enter SIN number and not giving the option to give my express entry profile number.

Need urgent help.

There is a link above that field where it says something like "I do not have a SIN number, I am Express Entry code". Click on that, and the field changes for you to be able to enter your EE number and validation code.
