Trying to create account in JOB bank to check for matched profiles but i don't have SIN

Hi,

I am trying to create account in JOB bank to check for matched profiles for nomination as part of PNP. But it is asking me for SIN which i do not have. How can i setup account in JOB bank.Also can anyone of you explain me how the Job nomination part in PNP works/?
