I have PGWP and I applied for TRV in January,2021. I have to travel back home for an emergency and my application is still in process. If I travel, can I get the stamp in my passport from India so that I can travel back to Canada.

Yes, you can but you have to raise webform for the same request after approval!

Yes you can but it may take a while.
