Hello I am from india ...I got my Canadian student visa on jan 2018 for commercial pilot program in newfoundland ...till april 2019 but because of the weather conditions and delay in flying I couldn't make the 200 hours of flying in that time and extended my study permit till june 2020..I came to visit india on November for some family issue ...and I have applied for my trv and got an refusal stating that there are not satisfied that I will leave canada after my temporary resident visa time as per 179b irpr ...I have already finished 130 hours of my flying ...and almost paid all my fees what should I do now ...as I have to go back and finish my 70 hours of flying and get my commercial pilot liscence
