Hi - I might have to travel for a business meeting in July but the date is not set. The meeting will either be in July or September. Can I go ahead and apply for a temporary visa? I'm currently working in the U.S. on an H-1B so I need a TRV. Thanks!
Why not as long as you have an agenda or travel itinerary to show as reason for applying given it could take some time to process so earlier the better.
Great, thanks! My company HR team says they can put in duration of visit and that should work even if exact dates are not fixed. So it should work out, hopefully.
