I'm currently on Study Permit, but it's going to expire by the end of December. I graduated and got my degree in November, so I can't extend my SP. I submitted a TRV application within Canada online (I can't apply for a post-graduation work permit because I had got one in the past and it had long expired).
The TRV application was submitted on Nov. 16 and read on Nov. 17. It has been 35 days and my status still hasn't changed. The average processing time is 14 days, and CIC is currently processing this type of applications submitted on Nov. 29 - way past the time I submitted my application.
What situations could possibly result in such a long delay???
