TRV with PPR

Hey Guys..

Need advise on visa stamping,I applied for SP and got approved but due to VAC closure I cannot get my visa stamped as per PPR though I have valid tourist visa(Multiple entry) valid till 2023

Can I use the same tourist visa and get study permit at POE or will I be needing new visa stamped on passport(Student Visa)

Yes you can re-enter Canada with your valid TRV. Though the question is, at what time your study permit application is considered approved? is it after PPT request or before, and if you don't submit within time, is it still considered to be approved SP? Back to your question, yes you can re-enter and request SP at POE
