My husband has sponsored me, he is PR of Canada.

I applied for visit visa before my husband sponsored me but I couldn't satisfy CIC that I'd leave Canada in the end of my stay as a visitor.

I want to apply for Visit visa again.

little details about traveling :

1.My baby will accompany me to Canada who is US citizen

2.I have valid US visa

Q.How can I get visit visa while my case is in process?

Q.What are the solid reasons to put forward to satisfy CIC that I would LEAVE in the end of my stay as a visitor?

You need to show stronger ties to your home country. Examples: property ownership, business ownership, proof of employment. The valid US visa counts for nothing. The fact your US citizen baby is accompanying you counts for nothing as well.
