Hi all,
I need your advice please,
I'm being sponsored by my husband and the application is under process since 3 months
Before we start the sponsorship application we applied for visitor visa and was rejected due to
purpose of visit
Length of visit
No strong ties to home country (not having a job as I'm currently student)

We didn't see each other for about 3 months and we want to celebrate his birthday ( after 2 weeks) together
thinking that if we re apply for tRV (after sponsorship approval ، I could mention that I'm not going to overstay because I'am aware that may jeopardize the PR application)
Is there any chance ? and will that affect the process of pr application?
Thanks.

Unlikely. You have even less ties now that you have applied for PR. You can try but know there isn't a high chance of success.

I got my TRV at the border crossing when I was honest with them and told them what my wife and I were doing and what my intentions were. I intended to live in Canada with my wife during the processing of our application knowing that if our application was denied (the PR application) I would have to leave. The TRV was originally approved for 6 months, and when it got to 5 months I applied for an extension and got it in less than 3 days. My TRV is now good until Feb 2018, and I can continue to apply for extensions if need be.

However I had to prove I had strong ties to the USA.... and for that I keep my name on an apartment my roommate and his girlfriend live in and they are fine with that. This proves that I have a "tie" to the USA and satisfies all of their questions at the border.

Hope my experience helps you.

Thanks that was really helpful.
So to aprove your strong ties to USA you just did that ? No business registration ? No bank account?

I am looking for same thing here. Sponsored my wife and now thinking to apply for TRV. Got one rejected on TRV before sponsored.

From US it is easy to get TRV, as per I saw in this forum. Anyone who applied from India after sponsored spouse, please share there experience.

Just proved I have established housing in the USA and that was enough to satisfy the officer I was speaking with. Your mileage may vary depending on your officer. Bank accounts don't really matter other than to show them you have money to support yourself (or your sponsor does).
