Hi,

I am unable to understand why my visa was refused on the basis of below reasons. Please assist me so i can replay.

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Doubt anyone here can answer anything without more information such as status in country applying from, purpose of visit and current employment.

Seems maybe your application was not convincing about your intentions.

Did you mean a TRV as opposed to a TRP which is generally for people previously as an example were at some point inadmissible.

Hi,

My bad for not giving full information.

I am employed in Saudi from 2010.
My employment contract is renewed yearly.
I showed my contact attested from Chamber of Commerce saudi.
Earning more than 6k $ a month.
My Bank Statement was alomst 25K $.
Have traveled to Europe and all middle east.
Have valid US B1/B2 5 years visa.
Have TRP of Saudi called Iqama.
My purpose was tourism.
Have multiple exit re-entry from Saudi.
My wife and kids live with me in Saudi and i showed the relative documents along. Kids go to school so i did not apply for them with my application. And i prefer to travel as a bag packer so our timings mostly does not match.
I only have one friend in Canada who is on work visa but i did not show any ties with him.
I am applying again in a few months but still confused where i missed?

Maybe my cover letter was not to the point?
Maybe because i did not translated my Iqama?

So many maybe's but can not find a solid reason.

Please assist in this regards.

Because you are a temporary worker in Saudi, and given that your employment contract is only annual, there is no major imperative for you to return to Saudi following a trip to Canada.

Your purpose of visit was also not clear. Did you submit a full itinerary?

To re-apply, you need to prove more solid ties to Saudi or to your home country. It is very hard for people living in countries that are not their home countries, on temporary contracts or visas, to get visas to Canada.

Strange how US B1/B2 interview and Canada assessment works.
Yes i submit full itinerary. Travel plan, Travel spots, Hotel Bookings.

I've visited USA so do i need bank statement for 6 months this time or shall i take advantage of CAN+?

They are very different visa application processes.

You may be able to apply under CAN+, but I would personally include the financial information just in case anyways.

Is your Car also part of asset and ties to your resident country?
What about showing House Rent contract paid every 6 months, school fee receipts of kids.

I mean what else can i add this time to strengthen my case, for the reason it was rejected?
Shall i answer to the refusal in my new cover letter.

Yes, those are home ties. Things like that, you need to include.

Yes, you must answer the refusal in your new cover letter.

Thanks a lot for your answers.
It really makes scene now that i've not shown enough ties with resident country buy only my family details.

Can i show my friend details in Canada, who is on work visa or this will create more mess?
His record is clean. No police record. No parking tickets. At least that is what he told.

If it supports your purpose of travel, sure. But a friend cannot guarantee you will leave, nor promise to pay all your expenses.

Dears I applied for a temporary visitor visa to Canada and I was refused based on the following reasons

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Hi admin,
me, my husband and son applied for visit in Canada since, my husband had a yearly paid leave and free ticket for the whole family as a privilege of the company. Having more than 5 years of consuming that company's privilege of my husband going back and forth to our country Philippines, we plan to change our visit destination , since our son is graduating and this is what he wants as our grad. gift for him, considering that I have my sister and nephews working in Canada as Nurses and willing to give their family support particularly the invitation letter and other supporting documents, we complied all the necessary documents in order to approve and materialize our visit. Biometric done and everything..
but to our surprise, we are unfortunate that our Visit in Canada denied, due to paragraph 179b ; I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU WILL LEAVE CANADA AT THE END OF YOUR STAY AS A TEMPORARY RESIDENT.
On what grounds they consider since we already complied the required docs and supporting letters including our travel ticket back and forth??
We only want to give what our son's long wish to visit Canada and see his cousins and aunt there.
Me and my husband cannot overcome our feelings how depressed our son was... looking at him in that situation really melt our hearts..
We only want to visit and no plan to stay in Canada, since we are well provided by my husband's company here in Qatar.
Maybe you could help us with this matter..
Thank you and more power!

Hoping,
Rojo Family
