We are applying for a TRV for my conjugal partner to visit Canada from the Philippines. She has a son that meets the IRCC definition of "dependent" but he will not be travelling with her. Do we need to complete forms for him even though he will not be travelling?
The reason I ask is that we are concurrently applying for Family Sponsorship - Conjugal Partner and our initial application was returned becuase we didn't include forms for the dependent son (my erroneous reasoning was that the son is not actually dependent on the mother, having lived with full-time and under the care and supervision of his father; and there is no intention of the son, who is 18, to travel or immigrate to Canada.).. I don't want our TRV application to be rejected for missed forms...
