i got one update on my TRV file says ‘medical exam is cleared’ anybody have any idea when i ll get my passport request after this or when they will come with next step on my file thanks in advance

I entered Canada on my student Visa and after completing my studies I applied for PWGP and I have received my PGWP valid for 3 years when I was in Canada. I came to UAE to meet my parents and I want to return back to Canada but in airport I was denied boarding as my student visa has expired. Kindly guide me in order to enter Canada now I should apply TRV ?
Your study permit is no longer valid. I am sorry for reposting it was a mistake. Thanks for your response. I have also understood we can enter through Land Boarder from US if the TRV is expired and if we have valid PGWP is this true ? if the option suggested by yourself to apply new TRV with PGWP the processing time mentioned was 4 months. I was working in Canada and I came to see my parents on emergency and my employer will never wait for such long time. Do we have any alternate. Kindly guide me. Thanks
You need to apply for a TRV. To enter through a land border, you still need a TRV. A PGWP allows you to work in Canada not enter Canada.I am sorry for reposting it was a mistake. It is possible to do this. But ONLY if you have traveled to the US and no other country. Since you have traveled to the UAE, this is not an option for you. I would recommend that you read through the posts in the Visitors section of the forum.
You apply from UAE if that is where you are. Valid PGWP doesn’t expedite the TRV process. You can check processing times but the times are averages and not always accurate.Thanks for the response.
