TRV to WP at POE based on spouse’s WP

Kindly advise on below query. May sounds like silly, still would want to know is there any opportunity.

My wife is working in Canada with Work permit and I got my TRV approved last week and arriving canada by August as a tourist. Is there an option to convert TRV into WP at Canada POE with the help of my spouse’s WP.

Unless you have applied for a Spouse Open Work permit, you cannot convert at POE
