I have a question on behalf of my friend. Need your favour on this matter. She want to go canada on TRV (visitor visa) and then apply for study permit from there.

What are the possibilities and the procedures.

hi thanks for your reply.
Does it mean she has to be outside canada or someone on behalf of her can apply from outside?
I mean she gets trv and she is in canada. Then over there she gets the letter of acceptance from college and sends to her resident country along wit all the required documents, so that her relative/friend just drop at the nearest embassy. Is it?
