Hello dear
I want to apply TRV along with my family from Dubai.. in fact I am confused about one thing that me and my wife got our visa application rejected in year 2001 from Islamabad,, now should we have to indicate this rejection in our new application being submitted in Dubai. Moreover, in month of Feb,2017, during my annual leave, we (me and my family) applied USA visa from Islamabad and got it approved.
With new TRV application do we have to fill/attach Statutory Declration of common law union or no need...
Your helpful and advise shall be highly appreciated.

Yes, you must declare your previous Canada TRV refusal. It does not matter if you had applied earlier to the Islamabad visa office.

You must also declare the visa refusals for any other country, if applicable. Failure to declare visa refusals could result in a Canada TRV refusal + a 5-years ban for misrepresentation

You must include your marriage certificate. As you are married, you do not have to submit the declaration for common-law

Cheers
