TRV Stamping in Canada

Hello, I got a new work permit with extended dates. I need a visa to be stamped on my passport. I am currently in Canada. Do I have to send it to visa office abroad?

Also, how much time does it normally take to process visa stamping? Can I expedite it? as my visa expires soon and have travel plans.
