Trv rejection and sponsorship

Hi All,
We had a trv rejection and now applying for spousal sponsorship. While filling the application we did not find any form to mention trv rejection. Please advise if there is any extra forms needed or which form do I need to produce to declare trv rejection.

No extra forms, but you should mention the rejection in IMM5669 (Schedule A), section 4, question d
The rejection has no influence on the sponsorship application
