I am working in the u.s and received my h1b approval 2 month ago. I want to go to Toronto for us visa stamping so I applied for trv. I sent my application 3 weeks ago, today I receive the rejection. This is what the agent said: following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the act and the regulations for reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors including:
& your travel history
& your immigration status
& your purpose of visit
& your personal assets and financial status

Below are the documents that l submitted for this application
I-129 petition approval
Letter from employer
Last pay stub
Passport
My old f1 visas
My DS-160 for the Toronto us consulate office
On purpose of visit I didn't mention visa stamping l just said visit to university of toronto.

I live in detroit Michigan and it is 4 hours away from toronto so was considering driving there fore l didn't include a plane ticket.
Now if l am willing to reapply what would you suggest me to do to boost my application.
Thanks in advance your suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,

If you are in the United States with H-1 status, you should also submit
 your original I-797 approval notice form.
 Proof of current employment, such as a letter from your employer

I guess that's the reason of your immigration status refusal. Did you submit I-94 too? You may reapply but be sure to address the reasons of your refusal. I guess since you're in US for just 2months you need to prove your financial status aside from your pay stub, e.g bank account that you have in your home country too. Proof of ties in your home country must be clearly shown since your not in your home country and your just new non-immigrant resident in US.

Good luck :)

You may also include the confirmation letter (barcode page) if you have your consulate appointment scheduled already and hotel booking if any for those days.
