TRV Rejected under Can+ (Doubtfully)

Greetings!!!

I have applied for a TRV under Can+ program because i have travelled to USA in Feb 2013 and still have valid visa till 2022. The VO rejcted my TRV stating the following reasons :-

(1) Your travel History
(2) Purpose of Visit
(3) Your family ties in Canada and in the country of residence.
(4) You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your/ your host's income and assets.

My question is as far as i know under Can+ program you don't need to provide documentation ( financial and sponsor) according to their checklist provided on canainternational.gc.ca . So why they rejected my TRV ? Is it possible that they didn't processed my TRV under Can+ ?

What you guys recommend ? Can i apply again with all documents (Sponsor & financial documents) ? Will it cover the rejection reasons ?

I too am applying for TRV and I recently was granted US visa 2025. I thought of skimming through this site to understand what are the typical reasons for failure. I came across Can+ for the first time. Could you be kind to forward a link to this?

Can+ is for Indian nationals.. if you have a valid US Visa or have been to US in last 10 years
you do not need any supporting documents
just your passport visa entry exit stamps

Its on Canadian embassy website for India

There is nothing like can+ in chandigarh consulate for sure. When i contacted the vfs, they replied in these days due to high applications received under can+ the vo stopped processing the applications with no documentation benifit. They are recommending to submit all documentation like financial and sponsorship if you have one. Bullshit can+.
