TRV REJECTED IN 10 DAYS

TRV rejected in 10 days from ABU DHABI visa office.

Case submitted on 10th Aug
Rejection letter on 17th Aug

1) Purpose of visit (Clearly mentioned in application as Tourist)
2) Travel history (yes correct only GCC)
3) Limited employment (yes correct only 7 months employment in UAE)
4) Financial assets (wrong i show CAD 20,000 for 1 Month with hotel and ticket booking)

What do you think guys i have to re-apply???

1) CIC suspects you have plans to remain in Canada long term rather than just visit as a tourist.
4) CIC may suspect this money isn't actually yours and was borrowed so that you could show proof of assets in your TRV application. Did you include proof to show these funds are really yours (e.g. six months of statements to prove the money wasn't transferred from elsewhere)?

Are you a permanent resident or citizen of UAE? This is also a concern for CIC. Many people get rejected due to their temporal status in their resident country.

I am 29 years old single Pakistan National living in UAE, want to go canada as tourist on my annual vacations.
Following supporting documents i submitted along with my application.
DETAIL COVERING LETTER
1) Hotel booking 1 Month
2) Return air ticket booking
3) Bank statement approx 15000 CAD for a Month
4) Letter from current employer with NOC (All additional perks details)
5) My UAE rental apartment contract
6) My family details they are settled in Pakistan Karachi.
7) My travel history i visited only GCC Sad

1) Purpose of Visit: I see this all the time, people giving very limited details as to purpose of visit. You should've gave a detailed plan of what you're going to do in Canada.

Here is a great example of what I did for Purpose of Visit for my wife (she got a multiple TRV for life of passport)

My purpose of visit is to not only visit my husband and his family, but also to take a weekend trip with him to Vancouver, Lake Louise, and Sylvan Lake. Below is a detailed series of events we plan on doing during my proposed stay. Please also see itinerary.

Aug 29, 2014 - Duy arrives Vancouver, Mike meets with her there to spend weekend in Vancouver
-Will take SkyTrain from YVR Airport to Burrard Station, will stay at XXXXXXXXXX Hotel Address: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Vancouver

August 30-31 :

Sept 15-19 - Mike goes to work, Duy stays at his house until he returns, after that, will either stay at home or go out for shopping, dining, visiting family, etc

Sept 20 - Mike and Duy's free weekend, will either stay at home, or go out for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc

Sept 21 - Duy leaves Canada

*Please note that in the event I do not obtain a visitor visa in time to be able to book the flight tickets for these dates, we will simply move all these events to a later date

2) Yes your travel history only GCC, not much you can do there unfortunately.
3) Only 7 months employment, plus you only have temporary status there. CIC thinks your job is not secure enough.
4) I'm guessing you borrowed money from someone, or someone made a large deposit into your account. That will usually lead to a refusal, as all the money in your bank should be 100% your own.

I have legal status in UAE as worker and i show my id cards with my application such as emirates ID and Labor ID.

This makes it more difficult to be approved for a TRV. CIC prefers applicants to have citizenship or permanent status in the country they are applying from. But there's really nothing you can do about this.

2) I show 6 months bank statement and this is totally my own last 5 years savings as before i was on job in Saudi Arabia now i am in UAE since last 7 months.
