TRV rejected for previous history

Applied visitor visa on 28 feb 2018
Got rejected saying previous travel history.
Submitted all papers from canadian brother and showed good ties.
Looks like they are making excuse for not granting visa.

did you travel before any other country before applying canada visa? ie Europe, Uk USA etc?
