How on earth ? Processing time was 41 days . this was almost two months . and now today I see my case has been closed and it says your application has been refused ?!

I am an Indian student . studying in usa . wanted to go to Canada before I go back to india . submitted everything . no loophole from my end . how to get the reasons ?

You must ask for GCMS notes if you want to know the reason.

Regardless the reason seems to be that you finished your studies and now want to move to Canada to look for a job. The move seems kind of natural and reasonable, so the refusal is also reasonable.

Seems you didn't submit enough information to convince CIC that the above scenario is not your case.
