TRV reject and reapply help

hey all,

i applied for a TRV me and my dad to visit my sister in canada for 2 months , i am from Egypt.

i presented (with the TRV) documents but weren't sufficient because it was not translated.

the documents are : invitation letter, HR letter of my sister, flight tickets ( confirmed) for me and my dad

thus we got refused cuz of our ties and regulation 179 (don't what the hell that means ).

i applied again with same documents plus a translated documents of enrollment certificate from my university(that i am on 3rd grade) and my dad's paper stats that he have workshop and house (stamped with seal of egypt).

also with bank statement of my sister and my father ( notice that in the invitation letter my sister says that she will take care of me and my dad's finance)

also a rent contract of my sister's house plus her work permit.

i applied on 11th of july and they told me it's gonna be processed in 3~4 weeks

my flight tickets is on 3rd of august.

do i get any chance of getting the visa?!

If you cannot convince the visa office that that you would leave Canada at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to stay, you would have zero chances of getting the visa. If I were you, I would try to get a refund of those flight tickets.
