Trv refused

Hello
Canadian embassy refused my trv last week stating you don't have travel history, insufficient funds, employment status not clear,purpose of visit.
I had provided everything on the basis of they had refused . in covering letter I had clearly mentioned I am an entrepreneur, running my business from 2005 ,10-12 employees working,planning to established business in Canada and for that going to see the business prospect their and would also gain the points. All the bank statement having 50000cad were attached. I had travelled USA,UK,Europe, new Zealand,China many times. I stated that kids are traveling with us they r staying with their grand parents,this is the time we have as kids have vacations.

I think the visa officer did not gone through the documents and due to overload I am being refused.
I am planning for Atip.
I want to know what went wrong and what is the success rate of atip.

Besides mentioning all those things, did you provide documents to back them up? Like your company's CR with your name as the owner, financial accounts and transactions, etc?

Yes dear,my covering letter was on my company letterhead

Gave them all the financial documents and bank statement of my company

I think the visa officer did not gone through the documents and due to overload I am being refused.

By any chance, did you apply online and attempt to upload multiple files per requirement? The online application will only take one file per slot, so one file containing all documents to support the requirement should have been uploaded per slot.

Taking your word, your profile should have been pretty good.

If you had applied by paper instead, I'm not exactly sure why this happened.

I applied physically. 2 weeks I asked for . I want to before reapply go for Atip. What r the success rate of atip.if not then I will go for judicial way. I am planning to invest their 400000cad. U guys have opened entrepreneur immigration. Then wats wrong. Before I should jump I to immigration, I need explore the possibilities.

Hi,

I believe there is no need to apply for GCMS Notes in your case..... you can be rest assured that the visa officer has definitely assessed your entire application before making any decision.

Also, a judicial appeal is an expensive, long-drawn process which rarely works in favor of the applicant.

It seems that you have not presented your TRV application well.... if you want to be successful, you will have to reapply after addressing the TRV refusal reasons.


a. Do post the list of documents you submitted for yourself + each of your family members who wanted to accompany you

b. What reasons + strong ties did you show to return to your home country? With evidence.

c. What company documents did you submit? Merely stating facts/preparing the covering letter on a company letterhead would not have helped

d. What did you state as the purpose of your visit + what was the purpose of visit for your wife and children?

e. Did you have a Canadian host you had invited you?

thanks for ur feedback. But I am unable to understand what should include in my case. I have already sent everything they have asked for. OK let's take one by one

Funds: bank balance 50000cad statement stam by bank manager.
Assests. Networth of 1200000cad stamp by CA.
Employment. Attached my registration of company by govt.
Travel history. USA,UK,Europe, China new Zealand

I the proprietor of the said. Company biggest tie behind ,my kids 7 & 9 year old.

What else shall i submit in reapplying which way , please suggest

Hi,

Do post the exact list of documents/evidence that you submitted for yourself + your wife + your kids if you want advice.... so you'll have to answer the questions in my previous post.

Other information also, for example:
How many months' bank statements?
Company or personal bank statements?
Sole proprietorship or partnership?
Are you allowed to withdraw company finances for personal reasons?
Or do you draw a salary?
Were these bank statements of accounts owned by you, your wife or joint accounts?
Was any money transferred at the last minute for the TRV applications?

Only submitting the business registration documents.... without any other documents/evidence to prove that your company is actively trading.... is the reason why your got a refusal for your employment status

Can you share with us when did you applied for visa?

One of my friend also applied from Dubai. He submitted on April 27 and they said 19 days. It's been 19 days today but no reply.
