TRV Refused twice

Hi

Does anyone know any good lawyer or visa consultant in Dublin, who could help me in getting a TRV? I want to apply for the 3rd time
Is there a VAC in dublin now or not? We biometric people are struggling to go to london for nothing. We have to get a visa for london just to provide biometrics for canada which is soo ridiculous

What were the reasons for your refusal? Normally you just address them before you apply.
