Hi everyone, my uncle has been trying to apply for a TRV to visit Canada, and the visa has been refused on two occasions. He is from Cambodia meaning the immigration office is in Bangkok. First time his application was refused due to: Travel History (Although he's visited USA on a visitor visa, and Vietnam and Thailand multiple times), Purpose of Visit, and Personal Assets (We didn't include his proof of his home and land). As for the second visa we applied for we just got the correspondence today saying it was refused again. Although this time for Purpose of Visit, Employment Situation, Personal Assets and Financial Status, we also made a mistake on the form where it asked if he's been refused before and we checked yes, as we were using the old form but, just adding new information, which also stated by the VO that we didn't answer the questions truthfully. On the second attempt because he was refused the first time for Personal Assets and Purpose of visit, we added his two plots of land and 1 home and showed ownership for all of them, he also has over 11,000CAD in his account. We also added a letter stating his purpose of visit which was to visit me and my family (his niece) and for tourism and created another document with an itinerary of all the places we would visit. On the first attempt employment situation wasn't a problem but, it was on the second attempt? he's been a teacher for over 32 years at the same school, and we provided a letter of employment from his employer. I don't know if I should apply a third time or not, please help and give me some advice thanks in advance!
